Brighter Beginnings Baby Bank

Brighter Beginnings The Brighter Beginnings Baby Bank provides the following items for clients and their families:
  • Diapers (Sizes 0 – 6)
  • Pull ups (all sizes)
  • Baby care items (wipes, powder, shampoo, lotions)
  • Clothing (Infant and Toddler)
  • Formula (powdered - all brands)
  • Food items (see list on web site)
  • Toys – developmental, books, bath toys
  • Car seats and carriers
  • Furniture (cribs, playpens)
  • Strollers

Donations to the Baby Bank are received from generous members of our communities.
  • Individuals
  • Baby showers (ask about Showers for a Bright Start)
  • School service projects
  • Scout projects
  • Church organizations
  • Community service clubs

All Baby Bank items are centrally stored at the Oakland/Administrative office. Members of Friends of Brighter Beginnings sort, inventory, manage, and distribute to staff at Oakland, Richmond and Antioch for distribution to their assigned clients.

Donations may be dropped off at the Oakland/Admin office with prior notification or by arranging for a specific location.

During the months of November and December only new items are accepted. During all other months gently used items are gratefully accepted.
