Program Information

First 5 Contra Costa funds five First 5 Centers, which provide free programs and classes to expectant parents and families with children ages 0 to 5. Programs focus on pregnancy, parent support, healthy child-parent relationships, positive parenting practices, early childhood development, school readiness, and more.

In order to participate families must  complete a family registration form. The registration process is ongoing and our classes change monthly.

The Antioch First Five Center is unique in that we give the parent/primary caregiver the opportunity to sign up for as many classes/programs as they would like–a practice that isn’t implemented at the other centers.

Families at the Antioch First Five Center are able to participate in agency wide family activities and initiatives.
