The purpose of this Website Privacy Policy is to let you know how we handle the information we receive from you through this website.   1. Discuss the matter with staff about any concerns you have. However, you do not have to do this before filing a formal grievance with your service provider.
  2. If you want to file a grievance, you may use the Grievance Complaint Form.
