• The Healthy Futures Collaborative, funded by Contra Costa Employment and Human Services Department, provides a community-based continuum of services for low-income, at-risk families, children and youth residing in Pittsburg and Antioch.   Partners include First Baptist Church of Pittsburg, City of Pittsburg’s Recreation Department, Success Through Self Academy, and One Day at a Time.
